In a great start to 2010, the Compassion House Foundation partnered with Rotary Club of Edmonton Mayfield to raise $30,000 at the annual Fork it over event.

July 2011

The fifth annual guest retreat was held in Edmonton in partnership with Willow Breast Cancer Support Canada. The retreat is a great opportunity for former Sorrentino's Compassion House guests to reconnect with each other while focussing on post-treatment issues.

Woking (formerly Rycroft) Golf Tournament is the Compassion House Foundation's only northern based fund raiser. Golfers came out to support the Foundation and raised $18,000.

The 15th annual Syncrude presents Fashion with Compassion on Oct. 13 was a great success! Over 1300 attended the luncheon and dinner events, riaising $240,000. Thank You! fashioncompassion.ca

On October 27 we officially announced Growing Compassion, a campaign to expand Sorrentino's Compassion House. We were also thrilled to share the news of a $1 million gift to the campaign from the Eldon & Anne Foote Fund at the Edmonton Community Foundation. growingcompassion.ca
